With Type 8652 Basic, a comprehensive basic configuration of the established valve island Type 8652 AirLINE is now available, which can be flexibly expanded with the required modules.
The valve island has up to 48 valve functions. In addition to check valves and switching cycle counters, Type 8652 also has a hot swap function for replacing valves during operation.
Can be retrofitted with modules for numerous requirements
Thanks to its modular design, the valve island Type 8652 Basic can also be retrofitted with additional functions. Optional retrofits include, for example, a pressure sensor for monitoring the pneumatic compressed air supply, an SIA valve with channel-wise, safety-related shutdown and a display module with digital inputs.
The separately available modules can be connected to the valve island in just a few steps thanks to the simple plug-in principle. This allows you to upgrade the valve island according to your individual requirements.
Easy connection to common PLCs
In addition to Industrial Ethernet (EtherNet/IP, PROFINET IO, Modbus TCP, CC-LINK IE Field and EtherCAT), PROFIBUS DP and CANopen are also supported. The support of common communication protocols enables flexible connection to commercially available programmable logic controllers (PLC).
